For those who interested in the mysticism of sound and music, this rides the fine line between legend and myth. I'd looked for years and just found this: Audio recordings of Hazrat Inayat Khan (I suspect these are legit). A sip as it were from the ol' holy grail:





If anyone has any recordings of him playing vina, please let me know.

Hey Steve, slow response, but thanks for posting these!

PS - Yeah, I was hoping they were recordings of his vina playing. It's cool to hear him sing, but I'm not really drawn in by his voice.

Do you think these were recorded on Wax Cylinder?  

Not to say I am disappointed, because this is very cool.  I just expected his voice to be a little lower.
